Manual Crank Cable Stripping Machine 1-25mm
Operating Instructions: The machine needs to be secured; do not hold it by hand. Secure it to a stable object (such as a wooden board/table/stool, etc.) with a long screw: Step 1: Rotate the black screw on top of the machine to raise the cutter head. Step 2: Pass the wire through the holed plate under the wire-pressing plate. Step 3: Insert the wire in a straight line into the machine, ensuring the blade presses down on the middle of the wire and the gear V-groove are aligned. Note: The wire-infeed plate must press down on the wire to prevent it from slipping. Insert the wire in an upward, sloping manner.
Be careful not to press too hard, as this will cause the wire to deviate. While pressing the cutter head down on the middle of the wire, rotate the hand crank. Observe the pressure until you see the force required to cut the wire. Do not press the cutter head to its maximum tightness immediately. [If the wire deviates, continue adjusting. Since this is an adjustable machine, please be patient and practice a few times to easily strip the wire.] Summary: This stripping machine has a sharpened blade and full metal bearing wire feed wheel for a smooth and highly efficient wire stripping process.
